1880 PCGS MS64 $5 gold half eagle, one of the nicest looking MS64's you're going to find, here's a very tough date in higher grade, just never find them this attractive although the date is readily available. super nice lustrous coin with perfect original golden orange color and very sharply struck as well. please see photos and feel free to ask any questions. PCGS's online population guide shows that they have graded just 86 pieces in this grade in their entire thirty years in the grading business. obviously a tough find in this condition and we promise it won't disappoint. PCGS puts the value of a MS64 at $1,800.00 and NGC agrees. This is a really nice looking piece worth the premium asked.
