Item Description
This 1892-O Barber Half Dollar is one of the KEY DATES needed for the set. This coin grades Good-4 and indeed 1892-O is the most valuable date at that grade in the entire series. This coin has a nice original patina with some darker color around the stars on the obverse. The reverse has some vertical marks around the rim which are most prominent at 9:00 o'clock reverse where even there they are mentionable but not a major distraction. I think these marks got on the coin from sliding in an old cabinet which was a popular method for storing coins in America prior to the 1930s. Act now if you want this rare much sought after date., A Very Good in this date if you can find one takes a noticeable jump in value.
