1999 penny has double strike on both sides (machine doubling) and trails on the reverse when you have that many errors it is hard to find very rare.the trails are on e,p,u i only have 4×mag on my phone so the pic on the trails and the double strike on the obverse side didn't show well.i have no returns listed but when my pics do not show good if you buy the coin and are not happy with it you can return it and i will refund your money.
