Russian "Sword" Kopeck-(1535)

"Sword" kopecks appear similar to the denga but with twice the weight.

They are rarer then the normal kopecks, since the sword was replaced by the spear.

These kopecks are commonly known as "Fish Scales."

Kopeck is derived from kop'yo meaning spear.

By weight the .68g kopeck is twice the value of the .34g denga and 4 times the value of a .17g polushka.
