The 2015 Claudia Taylor "Lady Bird" Johnson First Spouse half ounce gold coin was produced in two types. There was the brilliant uncirculated gold bullion coin (depicted above) and the mirror-like gold proof coin (depicted below). Both $10 denomination coins bear the West Point "W" mintmark and contain 1/2oz of fine gold. The obverse of the coin depicts the portrait of Claudia "Lady Bird" Johnson - the spouse of President Lyndon Johnson. The reverse depicts the Jefferson Memorial and Washington Monument with the words "Beautify Our Cities Parks & Highways" - which symbolizes Claudia Johnson's beautification and conservation efforts across America.
