The 2019-W "Lowell" Quarter can only be found in circulation and they are quite rare with a maximum of 2 million to be produced. These coins will bear the "W" mint mark. The Mint did this with the purpose of generating excitement for coin collecting by introducing rare coins into circulation. These "W" quarters were mixed in with bags of coins minted from the Philadelphia and Denver Mint and will be found by lucky collectors who are keeping a close eye on their pocket change!
