There are still a few folks that pay the old fashioned way and I don't feel that they should have added charges just built into their purchase ! By the way, did you receive the REFUND that I sent when PayPal charged less that their rate chart suggested they would have charged ? I am sorry that you feel that I deserve negative feedback for being honest ! If you take a look at each of my listing you will see that I tell everyone that there will be a fee added if they select to pay with PayPal ! Is that correct ? I'm sorry that you ordered something that you later discovered you already had, I can't correct that but I can refund what you truly have coming back once the coins are returned to me in their original condition. Frank, I don't plan on giving you negative feedback for the problem at hand and I would hope that you might reconsider your rating to me. Thanks and Have A Good Evening, Joe
