Reply by atchisonbj: That's fine if you change your mind and don't want it. All you have to do is message me and I will cancel the invoice.

Never received item. Seller claims it is my responsibility to call the post office to locate but seller cannot give me a tracking number or any information that the post office would require to trace. Seller cannot prove he mailed item. He claims it was mailed first class but he has no record or tracing number. I've bought a few items from this seller before and never expected for him to be so crude when there was a problem. Will not be buying anything else from this seller. Do not recommend you do either because he does not use tracking numbers to help trace items when they do not show up and puts burden on buyer even though seller has no proof he even sent item.

Reply by atchisonbj: Buyer ordered a 1981-S TYPE 2 50c Proof-62 for $7.50 on 19d 9m 22. Buyer was aware from his online invoice I shipped it out the following day on 20d 9m 22. As was stated in the listing it was mailed "Economy Shipping" which is First Class Mail. He messaged me on 30d 9m 22 through USACB saying he had no received the coin. I was out of town a coin show and messaged him back to check with his post office as sometimes a buyer's post office can hold mail or have some other delay that I would not be aware of at a USPS location out of my state. After my message he decided to leave this feedback. A tracking number is something that comes with a First Class Package and that's not something you get on a single coin for $7.50. For me to do that I would have to charge $6.00 shipping and handling on each order which few buyers want to pay. I do mail out orders as a First Class Package the order is over $100 or contains more than four coins and if the buyer has an address in the U.S.A.

The package required additional postage when it arrived. I email atchisonbj about this issue and he responded with this. Wow Fred: That's something to take up with your postmaster. I've done this many times and two Kennedy Half Dollars take one first class stamp ($0.55) and one additional ounce stamp (was $0.15 that has now went to $0.20). There simply are some postal people that want everything mailed as packages when they no that is not correct and when they also know that they will not get it there any faster even if is mailed as a package. Reply by atchisonbj: All orders are weighed on postage scale to insure that correct postage is applied. I do not have control over USPS operations. If the buyer's post office decides to add on an additional erroneous charge this is an issue the buyer need to address with his or her postmaster so that the offending postal employee is identified and either retrained on correct postage rates and/or sanctioned with disciplinary action. This should prevent anyone from being overcharged by a deviant USPS employee over multiple articles being mailed from multiple articles. If the postmaster refuses to help or does not respond in a timely matter anyone can contact the members of their Congressional delegation for assistance.

I never received my purchase. Had to go through the problem of a pay-pal dispute. Still not resolved. I would not buy from seller. When I messaged him about not getting it he was defensive and immediately blamed the USPS. I did like he asked and filed a missing mail claim. They say they cant find anything. Hmmm. Well I would advise against buying from this seller.

Reply by atchisonbj: Buyer ordered a 1969 MS-63 Roosevelt Dime for $3.00 on Sunday 18d 7m which I promptly shipped Monday 19d 7m as posted on his online invoice. He emailed me on 11d 8m claiming that he had not received the coin. I responded that it had not been returned to me as if it had I would have remailed it and made him aware of the remail date. I advised him to contact his post office and have them find the item. He could also find a missing mail inquiry which is formal notice to USPS to do their job and deliver coin. Neither I nor any seller has control over how timely USPS delivers and order once it has been dropped in their collection boxes. This buyer was really nasty and wants to take the easy way out by blaming me when he needs to deal with USPS if in fact he did not receive his coin. Therefore this buyer has earned a permanent quadruple "B: from me: the Black Book of Blocked Buyers. I strongly encourage all other sellers on USA Coin Book to block this buyer also.

Once again, attempted to buy this item (1838-O seated Liberty dime) and PayPal has buggered the transaction. ~8 out of 10 ( plus or minus) attempts to make a transaction on this site with PayPal has ended this way. I've resorted to dealing directly with seller, having to by-pass this absurd system. So, I will wait until seller responds to my offer (on this site), and 'will wait to arrange a direct deal. Thanks PayPal

Reply by atchisonbj: I emailed this buyer a direct invoice via Paypal so he could pay for this item but it was never paid and I had to cancel the item and relist it.

Never been contacted by this person ,after my mail box had been closed, because of ant infestation I called this person to send to my other address but never been contacted, don't recommend dealing with him again

Reply by atchisonbj: I sent a reply by email to inform this customer that his coin had not been sent back to me so that he would have to contact his old post office and have them forward it to his other address. It is a customer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address on their U.S.A. Coin Book account is good as that is where your coin will be sent unless you indicate otherwise at the time of the order not after it has already been shipped. Although I included my own phone number in the email I did not receive a call from him then or since.
