First off, coin is excellent and the price was good. Unfortunately, it took 11 days to arrive in Colorado from Florida. I'm not sure how paying $4.50 in shipping for a single 1-ounce coin merits that slow of a delivery time. Thank you for providing shipping/tracking information to my personal email, but why not include it here, on the shipping invoice in the location where I purchased the item? Easier to follow-up and track that way.

Hello cinvestor, I am deeply disappointed in the poor service and the lack of courtesy you have displayed. For more than a month I have repeatedly emailed you asking you to send me the coin or inform me as to when my coin will be sent to me or for a refund if you could not fill my order. In all that time, I have not received the coin or a reply from you. I can only conclude that you have no intention of filling my order or giving me a refund.
