coin made bigger than an original silver dollar....therefore it will not fit in the book .......sad

I sent you a message last week stating the buffalo nickel I purchased from you was not acceptable ( I could not read the date even with a magnifying glass and bright light ) I requested a refund or replacement - what's the problem ? Please let me know your intensions . thank you .
I received what would have been a decent proof penny,however you mishandled it by trying to tape it inside the envelope and consequently it has what appears to be tape residue on the obverse of the coin.
Did not receive yet- placed order January 12 right now it is febuary one product Sid recived in 1-5 business days very disappointed
Reply by phil3175: SELLER CONTACTED ME ON FEBRUARY 1ST AND STATED THAT THE ITEM WAS NOT RECEIVED -- A REFUND WAS ISSUED ON THE SAME DAY THE SELLER CONTACTED ME --- SELLER SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME BEFORE LEAVING A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ---THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED ON THE 13TH --- THE POSTAL SERVICE DOES ON OCCASION MISS PLACE AN ITEM
