Wm. Casey: I can't believe you didn't mention the damage to the 1924D Mercury. It wasn't so obvious in the photo you provided. I will exhibit my degree of unhappiness by simply not purchasing from you again. Be well and take care.

Fair Greetings Reved: I must say I'm a bit disappointed in the coins included in this particular invoice. I would grade the1927-S Mercury as G-10, plainly less than half the sticks in fasces are visible (certainly not VF as stated). The 1927-D Mercury appears to be a strong F or very weak VF, as diagonal bands are just barely visible (as opposed to the ascribed grade of EF++). I will chalk this up as "caveat emptor" and not bother going to the trouble of returning them. However, my confidence in pursuing any more coins from your page is diminished at this point. I do not wish to appear to be irascible, just merely wish to state my case. Thanks for hearing me out, as it were. Be well good sir, Ed
