Reply by upnorthcoins: Hi David, I suspect that the brief delay you experienced with the processing of your purchase was due to a momentary glitch between the Credit Card Company, PayPal and USA Coin Book. I’m pleased that the placement of your order was resolved. I have been notified by PayPal that your payment was successfully received. Your coin has been carefully packaged and shipped. Thank you for your purchase, I appreciate your business!
