1855 $1 Gold Indian Princess (Type 2) in non-certified AU condition

This coin is not certified but grades at least at AU 50--probably more like AU 55 or AU 58. In AU 50, CDN Publishing (Collectors Price Guide) lists a non-certified coin of this date & type at $540, with the same coin graded in AU 58 selling for $810. I have listed it for sale for only $510--this price is 20% LESS than what the USA Coin Book suggests this coin should sell for in AU 50 (i.e., $637).
