Full LIBERTY with most of the upper and lower band. The 13 Obverse stars are well struck and 3 dimensional. Almost all forehead hair remains and excellent fine detail on the diadem or head dress. On the reverse the eagle's wings extend 90% to the tips and the neck and tail feathers are thick and bushy and loaded with fine detail.
