1931 D Mercury Dime Almost Uncirculated Coin n07

Beautiful coin but in looking at it under magnification I see that it has a small crack coming in from the rim on both sides at 12:00 o'clock on the front side. I don't know if this is a die crack or what would have caused this. It's about perfect looking to the eye only.

I don't see any contact marks on it even under magnification, even has split banding on the ax. It has some mint color remaining.
