For sale here is a 1947 George VI Two Shillings coin. Two shillings is equal to one florin and this particular visage, ran in the UK from 1947 to 1948. It is also NOT a silver coin, but made of cupronickel. This was the first year the British removed silver from their coinage except for Maundy coinage.
