the mint mark is worn but there are a couple of markers that identify it. both are hard to catch on the camera and i didn't use the microscope but can see them with a loup.
they are the die chip on the west end of Roosevelt's nostril. if you look at the guide you see it is partially inside the nostril, or looks that way, and that is the part that remain. these markers are both near high points on the coin so got a lot of wear but can be seen. the other one is on the reverse and it is a die crack from the top of the torch flame to the rim, skirting the west side of the second S in STATES.
Like said, they maych but don't show in the pics. if you are buying for the mintmark, ask for microscope pics of the markers and i'll take them. i posted the extra pics of both sides in case the ZOOM feature lets you see the markers better on one of them.
