Payment:

• We are only able to accept PayPal as a form of payment at this time.
• We will not hold any item(s) for payment at a later time for any reason.
• We will not send any buyer an invoice through PayPal for any item(s) purchased. All transactions must go through this website.
• Payment is to be received within 24 hours after the buyer has agreed to purchase the item. After 24 hours, the transaction will be canceled, and the item re-listed.
• We will not allow any payment to be delayed by any buyer, who is "waiting to see what we will be listing next".

Shipping:

• We ship all items purchased within 48 hours after we have received your cleared payment.
• We do not ship on the day before or the day of any Federal holiday. We also do not ship on a Sunday.
• We can only ship to the address that is shown on your PayPal account. We cannot ship to alternate addresses, and will not alter any buyers address in PayPal.
• All shipped items will include a tracking number. Tracking updates are not always uploaded by the post office in a timely manner. WE cannot get any other information from the post office other than what is shown on the tracking information.
• We have no control of the handling or delivery of your package once we have dropped off your packages at the post office. Please allow ample time for your package to arrive. Any questions can be answered by your local post office.
• We WILL NOT ship any item(s) in a plain envelope!! Too many coins have been reported as "NOT RECEIVED" by the buyer when shipped this way, and we will no longer ship items in this matter.
• Shipping costs are not negotiable, and we will not make any type of refund to a buyer for any shipping fees. The shipping fees we charge will be at the rates imposed by the USPS and will cover all of our costs to ship your package securely and proficiently. If you are dissatisfied with the shipping rates, we understand, and hope you are able to find your items at a lower rate.

Combined Shipping:

• Yes, we do combine shipping for all items that we have available for sale.
• All items purchased MUST be on ONE INVOICE in order to qualify for combined shipping. All items that are paid for individually, will not qualify for combined shipping, and will be considered separate transactions. The shipping discount will automatically be calculated at checkout.
• If there is a problem with the USA Coin Book website not applying the discount, please contact the site administrator for help. We will not combine any invoices for the buyer.
• Combined shipping rates are shown on each listing, and are not negotiable.

• Pricing on our items are at current market levels and may or may not change due to market fluctuations.
• Pricing for items containing precious metals DOES NOT rely solely on the precious metals market. There are other factors that contribute to an items value, and therefore, the precious metals market may or may not have an impact on the price of certain items.

Cancellations:

• Buyers who wish to cancel a transaction, must let us know BEFORE making payment, or the transaction will proceed as normal.

Therefore, we, as a seller, will not allow buyers to cite us eBay rules, similarities, or advise us what eBay policies are or allows or doesn't allow with their sellers and buyers.
