Offered here for the collector is a 1957-P Lincoln Cent error coin.
About 60 yrs. ago in a highly successful attempt to promote interest in collecting, a group of leading Numismatists gave names to certain error coins. Among them, was the Bie Cent. As striking dies wear, they sometimes get chipped; the chips form raised Die Chips on coins. There are several subcategories of the BIE Cent depending where the Die Chips in LIBERTY are. This one is the rarest, The Die Chip forms the "I" between the B and E. If you'd like to have it, I'll send it out within one business day.
