1960-P Lincoln Memorial Cent

I don't know how they got on the coin other than a small piece of metal went around the coin and made micro scratches they go around Lincoln even the small gap below him.there is a small piece of metal between IN & GOD he does have a few scratches on his head.On reverse side same thing but they start at the top right and go down the word AMERICA some are even in the building.This is an uncirculated coin
