1964 DCAM PROOF ERROR
COLLAR CLASH ERROR:
When a planchet is jammed/tilted in the coining chamber or the collar itself is damaged/broken,
the wrong area of the edge is struck, & results in what looks like a dual rim, part of the coin spread out, or both.
Also it can look like railroad tracks if the coin has edge reeding. Collectors call this error "Railroad" rims.
