1983 penny missing designer initials(FG)

Nice reddish brown penny has some mint luster,with dark spot on reverse(see pics).the research i have done says the 1983 penny has no f only but on this coin it has no fg only some die scratches where the fg is suppose to be.,if you have any questions please email me, thank you and happy bidding.
