This is a 2013-P Jefferson Nickel Major Trail Die with Wavy Steps. Due to an error as the die was receiving it's design elements, there are numerous raised trails on the reverse. They can be seen mainly on the lower half of the coin, including under America. The number and strength of trails give it the Major classification, and the trails in the steps further classify it as Wavy Steps.
