Shipping: I Ship to the 50 United States Only. No exceptions - sorry. Shipping will be Insured USPS Standard Shipping (unless otherwise mutually agreed otherwise by buyer and seller IN ADVANCE of bidding). All Rolls will be shipped by USPS Priority Flat Rate Box. Small Flat Rate box will fit up to about 7 rolls safely. Medium box for anything larger. Signature Confirmation is required on all orders of $250 and above. Therefore, a 1 to 7 roll purchase works out to be $12.05 ($8.95 + $3.10 Signature Confirmation). 8+ rolls, or larger orders will be sent in a Medium or Larger Flat Rate Box.
