SUPER RARE 1916-D Mercury Dime Fine grade(SEE SPECIAL NOTE ON DAMAGE)

Nice 1916-D merc dime fine condition with a slight reverse mark going from ax to ice in America. They state its damage but it looks more like something was on die or it was broke because as you see pics the mark is below the ax and rim surfaces! Thanks for looking (also please make realistic offers please, )Again thanks for looking. (There is always common ground negotiations in all things). This coin was graded over 20years ago and I questioned the damage as I felt like it was a error. The damage is on the reverse, looking at the torch its to the right of torch,running left to right to the rim. Pics2,5,6. If you blow up pic 6 you will see a line impression running from torch leaves to the IA of America . At the time of grading I asked ANACS how a horz. line could start at a low location and never touch the leaves and rim. They didn't fill like it was a error and couldn't answer any of my questions!!!
