First of all, let me say that I'm a 25+ year retail manager. So I know what good customer service is, and understand that customer experience is just as important as the actual product that you are selling. I hope that that shines through when you order from us by our communication, and the care we take In carefully packaging and promptly shipping your new treasure.

You will NEVER receive a coin from us that has been thrown in an envelope and a stamp slapped on it. Unless it is in a slab or OGP, every single coin will come in a 2x2 flip that is well secured in a heavy weight envelope, mailing flat, or bubble mailer so that it is protected and stays in the same condition that you ordered. We have to charge a little extra for the supplies it takes to go this extra mile, but when you receive your coin(s), we think you will agree that it is worth the extra little bit in shipping.

About us:
I've been collecting since I was 10 and have many different varieties of coins that I've picked up throughout the past 35 years, and am continuously looking for more. I also met my wife who later told me that she had inherited a safe full of coins and bills (sweet, right!?).

So, we figured we'd offer up, ween down our 2 combined safes, and if we can make it into a little retirement fund business, then great!
