Obverse (9): Star 1, 7, 8, 13 positions are 0, (5 -3), 2, 4
There is a dot in the T of LIBERTY. Star 7 has a small spike protruding left from the lower point. The 23 is larger and lower than 18.
Reverse (J): The "I" in PLURIBUS is left of 2nd "T" in STATES
There is a fine straight 'die line' across inside of C. The 5 has a curved top and is higher than 0.
Edge Lettering: "FIFTY CENTS OR HALF A DOLLAR"
This high grade specimen has nice reflective silver-white surfaces.
