1882 Shield Nickel - Better Date XF Detail Lightly Wiped
Tough Date 1882 Shield Nickel with XF Detail. Coin has a few hair lines from most likely was a gentle wipe or light clean with a cloth.
Strong detail including an almost complete array of Horizontal Shield Lines on the Obverse
On the Reverse, Takje Note of the 6 Sided Stars and how Every One of them has 3 Dimensionality and Height. Very Sharp detail and not easily found at this grade level.
Quite a few interesting die cracks on this example leads me to believe this was a later due state and near the end of their use by the US Mint.
