Certified PCGS Details for what they called a "stain". The only possibility of a "problem" I can see in that regard is a small dull area on the Reverse across AMERICA (shown in one image) - otherwise I have no idea what PCGS is talking about. In all other respects a typical early date Walking Liberty Half in AU. In my opinion of certifying coins for 30+ years, equivalent to what you will normally see in an AU50 holder. No significant marks, a scattering of the usual scuffing however a considerable amount of obvious luster remaining. A light touch of rim toning as this spent some years in an album page; this is TONING and not whatever specious "stain" PCGS may have detected. I can guarantee that outside this holder 95%+ of anyone looking at this could not detect a problem - the average dealer certainly would not or even mention the possibility. Personally, I would just crack out the coin and put it into an album page - "buy the coin, not the holder". Please note that due to value this will require Insured shipping with Signature Confirmation, hence the S&H shown.

This seller has enabled "Manual Invoice Approval" on their account. This means that after you complete checkout, you will NOT be automatically redirected to PayPal (if applicable) and will not be able to complete payment immediately. Instead, the seller will review the invoice and may, or may not, add or subtract additional charges, as explained in their policies and/or listing description. When the invoice is updated and approved by the seller, you will receive an automated email notification later, and you will be able to pay the updated invoice as you would normally.
All checks must clear prior to payment of purchase, which may take up to 12 Business days. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE ITEMS, PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE PRIOR TO PAYMENT. I combine all shipping charges to the minimum necessary to get purchases to the customer. Please be aware that the USPS has recently increased postage for package shipments and Insurance - $7-$9 for shipping may look like a lot, but it barely covers my actual cost. If you have any questions, just ask.
