if you read the attribution pages, you'll see that doubeddie.com says regarding RPM-001 that the mintmark to the south was abraded away by machining. i think that may be the case here. You can see sections of a second mintmark to the S and SE. i usually try not to show the computer but that shot gets fizzy if you zoom in, so I left it in.
If it's 001, then it is in the Top 100 RPMs.
you can see the extra lines are incuse. I took these in high res, so ZOOM on the pics if it helps.
