1928 S Buffalo Nickel

Here is a 1928 S Buffalo Nickel that has been sent to PCGS for restoration and graded as F 15, almost good enough to justify a VF designation. In general, this is an average coin, but it is an above-average Fine nickel. As the photos indicate, the front of the coin is aligned almost perfectly with the reverse image. PCGS (July/August 2021) indicates that an F 15 coin would be worth $15. However, you can have this graded coin for only $11 (plus shipping).

This item is a part of a liquidation sale currently in progress and is priced to sell. Retirement looms and with no one else in the family interested in this pastime, it is time to find new homes for all of my coins. Please note that other avenues of liquidation are being explored so this particular item may not be around much longer.
