1933 P LINCOLN WHEAT CENT ~ TOUGH DATE!
Gem BU RED BLAZER
Fully struck beauty with orangish red full cartwheel mint luster dripping off both the obverse and reverse surfaces. The coin was a crack out from an old school Gem BU NGC slab with a Red & Brown superlative. The grader was either color blind or was having a bad day, there is no indication that this drop dead gorgeous Full Red Lincoln Cent's patina has began to tone.
Be sure to check other recent arrivals from the low mintage era (which is 1909 thru 1934) in the Lincoln Wheat Cent category here at KenJo Gem Coins. Many are crack outs with the majority being coins from a long time collector who had access to fresh material from original bank rolls when hand selecting eye appealing coins for both of his raw sets of Lincoln Cents. All the new arrivals belong in high end sets of raw Lincoln Cents and all would be candidates for submission (if that be a path you pursue in your collecting endeavors).
Our retail price is typically 15% to 25% above current dealer wholesale per the CDN (The Greysheet). The card from this coin's former encapsulated coffin is included, NGC Slab #118053-048.
