All Roosevelt Dimes from 1955 through 1964 were hoarded in bag quantities at the time of issue. Though many may have succumbed to being melted for their bullion value in later years, there are not rarities from this period below the grade of MS 68. The exception to this rule, of course, are coins having Full Torch details. These are quite scarce as a percentage of the overall population and carry a strong premium.
Some 1960(P) dimes may be faintly prooflike, as a result of having been coined from retired proof dimes.
