1966 Linc.cent, capped die & unique, odd marks from stamping?

1966 Lincoln cent, die capped pretty deep, has double stamping looked & marks[more like 'ribbons'], in hair that are thick & wide, when stamped..?? Anyone seen one like this or know exactly what caused the marks in hair. Issues bot obv. & rev.!!! The grade looks to be vf+ or better..(all lettering/numbers are very legible & are strong,) look for yourself, please. This is my favorite, error, so far!!!

Ok...weighs 3.0g. & does seem a little thinner in the middle of the coin, compared to another '66 Lincoln cent. I also redid some of the photos for better viewing. Hope it helps!! Enjoy.
