The 1967 Special Mint Set includes the following 5 coins:
- One Kennedy half dollar – 40% Silver
- One Washinton quarter
- One Roosevelt dime
- One Jefferson nickel
- One Lincoln penny
The coins were packaged in a hard plastic case by the mint.
The Special Mint Set coins were struck at San Francisco on old presses obtained from the Ordnance Department, but without an identifying mintmark. These can sometimes be confused with Philadelphia-minted coins which did not have mint marks on them either in this time period.
The pictured coins and packaging are exactly what you will receive.
