1970 S Lincoln Memorial Cent Small Date - High 7 - w/Reverse Die Clash

if you put your cursor on the main pic, it will expand. then you can drag the date to the top of the box the pic is in. line up the top of the 1 to the top of the 7 and see they are the same height. the 0 may look slightly higher but like the pics posted by USACOINBOOK show, the 'inside' of the 7 is the same height as the center of the 0. the pics they use here are good. i've seen some in popular books that are confusing.

the second one, taken sideways, also shows the even tops of the 1970.

the reverse has a die clash above bay 3 and inside the top of bay 3. i'll look at the pic and see if it is visible and post more, if not. i just noticed it. it's in the 'floating roof' area over bay 3.

also the letters of E PLURIBUS UNUM show heavy spread but the only known DDRs for 1970S are on proof strikes. see the PLU and compare to the proof DDRs.
