Reverse is MS and a great strike. Obverse... I don't know what to make of it. There are some MS details on the obverse but it looks like the front was struck thru heavy grease. The P mintmark is strong but sitting depressed in a small circle. Perhaps the obverse die exploded? Interesting coin that doesn't show any circulation.
