Item Description
Obverse side first where the planchet is too wide is where the strikes are over where the words IN GOD is where you will find one strike and there is a piece of metal cud on the rim there is also a piece of cud on his nose which is close to the next strike which is just past the T in TRUST. You can see how high the metal flow is in the areas where the strikes occurred that is also why the words WE TRUST did not press good so these pieces of metal that break off fly around the coin until they get stuck somewhere scratching the surface. That is why you will see that the MINT MARK is also filled up you see this a lot in wheat pennies also the bottom of the letter L in LIBERTY got struck by the metal pieces. Reverse side is not as bad there is one strike once again where the planchet is wide down by the letters UN in UNITED also a bad pressing of the letters in that spot because that is where the metal level is too high it almost covers the edge of the building also if you look sideways at the bottom of the building you will see a crack in metal where it did not come all the way up to the building.
