THESE SILVER PROOF SETS HAVE 90% SILVER COINS AND THE OTHER COINS AND THE 2007 AND 2008 HAVE THE PRESIDENTIAL DOLLARS.
Please see pictures and decide condition and grade for yourself. I have provided as many pictures as they will allow to show the condition of the coins, the plastic holders and the boxes the boxes have scuffs and scratches and some damage on a few as well as use from opening and closing the boxes, there are a few plastics holders that have a few scratches or scuffs and some of the coins have toning or haze on them.
These sets are not perfect sets, and they do have listed defects as previously shown in pictures and above I have provided as many pictures as they will allow.
