THE FRONT COVER HAS SOME TAPE RESIDUE & THE BACK ALBUM COVER HAS A SLIGHT WATER STAIN ON IT (SEE PICS). VERY GOOD CONDITION INSIDE & ALL (112) COINS ARE NOT AFFECTED AND ARE COVERED WITH PLASTIC ON BOTH SIDES OF EACH PAGE. THIS SET WOULD MAKE A GREAT STARTER SET AND I HAVE A GREAT PRICE TO START!!
