2004 Proof 5 Oz. Silver China Panda in Original Government Issued Box and Capsule with COA
I believe the capsule was originally wrapped in plastic and that is the only missing component. There is a small milk spot or mark on the obverse field around 4:00 which can be seen in the photos as I tried to capture it. Otherwise, everything is in excellent condition, very strong mirrors and good contrast between fields and devices.
