Update: 08.23.2014: Its here and it is a choice specimen. I have posted several photos showing angles that what you might see is either a reflection or cotton glove dust. This coin is perfect under magnification aslo. An easy PF70 and in better condition then most coins you see on slabs!

Tip: NEVER blow dust off your coins! You cannot see it, but when you do you put little specs of moisture from your mouth on the coin that will cause spots.

If you must remove dust do so by using a clean cotton Q Tip and extremity lightly moving the dust off the coin to the coins nearest edge. Cotton dust is not going to hurt the coin. But using even cotton too hard on the coin will leave scratches on the mirrored surfaces so make darn sure its very lightly.
