Item Description
HK-584, so-called Mumey Dollar, issued to celebrate the Centennial of the Pony Express in 1960. Scarce, only 500 issued. 42 certified at NGC, a larger proportion than usual simply as this was a "modern" issue which survived in BU grades at a higher percentage. Choice Uncirculated, certified NGC MS-63. Nothing significant to indicate the slightly limited grade, perhaps a couple of light nicks and some spotting on the less protected Reverse. Slab images are from NGC Cert Verification; I regret the lower quality but I was working with what they had on hand.
