Large Chinese Medal
Here is a very large Chinese medal. It is silver plated and the plating has chipped off the rim at the top next to the spot were the loop screws into the medal. The neck ribbon is 18 inches long. The medal is 90 mm in diameter and very heavy. I do not know what the Chinese legends say, but the depicted themes are ominous enough. The obverse depicts the SARS virus which preceded COVID and the other side shows a ballistic missile launch. The medal looks like it is in near mint condition. I do not normally get into Chinese medals but I have never seen any other double threat medal like this one. $50.00 post paid US addresses only please. Price includes postage to any US address.
