Item Description
Mexico M1252/S714 5 Pesos VG+. Actual appearance is as a Fine, maybe even a VF, but significant margin splits at top and bottom, a hole at center with splits radiating both horizontally and vertically, leave a note that is very fragile along the crease. Also small holes at the intersections of the vertical and horizontal creases at left and right. Also, unsure of whether this is a S713A or a S714.
