German Milwaukee Sports Medal Pre-Bund era. This is a silver plated bronze medal featuring a classical ancient Greek male athlete portrait with a sprig of laurel leaves all within a blue enamel circle. Medal diameter is 43 mm. Suspended on the German flag tri-color ribbon brooch. The reverse is inscribed “J.G.D.S. Milwaukee Julie 1931 Ringen 2. Pr.” Which translates as Youth Association of German Sports Players 2nd place “Ringen” (boxing) July 1931” Price includes postage to any USA. address.
