Partial Roll of 38 Coins: 1954 Philadelphia Mint issue Washington Quarters. All coins are Philadelphia mint issues with mostly brilliant and full cartwheel luster. Almost all of these coins are 95+% blast white. A few have some light toning, but most of them are mostly white as evidenced by the multiple photos.

This is a very lustrous short roll of 38 coins, but a very nice roll as well.

 I have been collecting and buying and selling rolls and original rolls or pre-1964 quarters/dimes and halves and pre-1980 pennies and nickels for 20+ years. Spots plague and are typical with original silver, pre-1964 Washington Quarter BU rolls.
