This is a decent 1825 Half Cent which is a KEY DATE as only 63,000 were ever made. It has decent copper color. The one tea drop spot over the "U" in "United" on the reverse is as said a tea drop spot that is as pictured and is not a black active spot. Most of the time you see an 1825 Half Cent it is usually pretty junky but not this one. Don't pass this up think about it. This is a much rarer coin than most 20th Century key dates such as the 1916-D dime, 1909-S-VDB cent, and 1914 Barber Half Dollar all of which have mintages of over 130,000 which is more than twice the mintage of an 1825 Half Cent.
