1878 P Morgan Dollars 8 Tail Feathers

This coin was purchase from Virgil Marshall.  He has been an ANA member since 1961 (#46319).  I feel really blessed to have had the opportunity to purchase the last 6 Morgan and Peace dollars he had for sale.  Virgil graded this coin MS64.  In my opinion the bag marks on the cheek and hairlines in the field area on the obverse would place this coin as a solid MSPL63.  I did the ruler test to check the proof like condition of the coin.  With natural sunlight I could read the lines on the ruler out to the two inch mark.
