This is one pretty Indian as this 1883 in grade Xf-40 has uniform original copper color which is just a bit lighter than milk chocolate brown and it is virtually contact mark free. From the top of the ribbon the first and third diamonds have full detail and the fourth diamond shows half detail. The only reason this coin does not make Choice Extra Fine is that it just does not have enough luster. This is about the best Xf-40 you can buy! (Stock #01c1883140 Two & One Half Diamonds LZBPXV)
